Protection Brands, in partnership with RentalGuardian.com offers Travel Protection and Vacation Rental Damage Protection solutions for individual vacation homeowners and small property management companies.  Our travel solutions are incorporated into the guest experience allowing smaller lodging providers to provide a more complete service for their guest stays as these offerings were once only available to larger property managers due to insurance licensing requirements.  

TRAVEL PROTECTION - Partnering with Protection Brands allows the boutique lodging provider and other travel-related businesses to refer travelers to the Protection Brands site to purchase travel insurance via the implementation of unique links from their websites to the Protection Brands site. Travel insurance purchases protect the guest from financial loss for non-refundable reservation costs that could arise as a result of the need to cancel or interrupt their travel plans. Travel insurance is underwritten by Nationwide Insurance Company.

DAMAGE PROTECTION - Partnering with Protection Brands allows the lodging provider to protect their property against accidental damage caused by the guest. Purchasing coverage elimates the need to collect damage deposits and preserves the relationship between the lodging provider and the guest in the event of damage.  Both the purchase and claim process are all handled at our website.  Coverage is provided by TERN Financial, a Lloyds of London coverholder.
